We thank Mr. G***** (name redacted for privacy) for bringing his situation to our attention. We immediately looked into the issue within a few business hours of receiving the complaint & found that Mr. G*****'s (name redacted for privacy) claim had already been satisfactorily resolved. As it turns out, there was a mistake in the documentation that Mr. G***** (name redacted for privacy) received from his vacation rental company & submitted to our claims department. As soon as our adjuster was able to resolve this with Mr. G***** (name redacted for privacy), the denial was quickly reversed to an approval. We hope this improves Mr. G*****'s (name redacted for privacy) impressions of April & makes him reconsider his review. We welcome the policyholder to contact us with any further concerns or questions.
