Instead of researching and purchasing medical trip insurance every time you prepare to jet set, you’ll know that you’re covered with the RoamRight Multi-Trip Medical Insurance plan. You’ll be able to take up to four trips during each year in which you’re covered by this plan. Each trip may be up to 30 consecutive days long.
If you do experience an accident or illness while you’re away, finding a doctor or dentist can be challenging. RoamRight’s worldwide assistance services are included in the Multi-Trip Medical Insurance plan. This hotline is available around the clock to provide you with information about the closest medical care providers, required vaccinations, health risks, travel restrictions and weather conditions. The travel assistance service can also provide you with a translator or interpreter, lost luggage assistance and legal referrals.
This travel insurance plan covers many dental expenses in addition to medical expenses.
The plan covers:
- emergency dental expenses
- emergency surgery
- accident and sickness medical expenses
- emergency evacuations and repatriation due to an accident or illness
- return of mortal remains
- travel assistance services
If you’re an adventurer, you can purchase hazardous sports coverage to your trip insurance plan. This will cover accidents or damages obtained while parachuting, scuba diving, kite surfing and mountaineering. Coverage may vary depending on your state of residence.
